We recently posted how we are getting our “bodies back” and focusing on a healthy lifestyle. We had quite a few people reach out and are also in the same boat or will be in the next few months! We wanted to share some of our favorite fitness stuff- Instagram accounts, meal services, workouts, and healthy food swaps!
There are obviously a TON of fitness accounts you can follow, we try to stick with those that keep us motivated and have a positive vibes. A few of our favs are below… we also like to follow and support our fav local gym spots in Columbus like SOS, Pure Barre, Barre 3, Cycle 614 ect..
Being new moms means we are really limited on time to workout so we like the at home workouts that are short but high intensity. A few of our favorite programs are below! They will require purchase but after a one time purchase you can learn the moves and do them on your own at the gym! These do require some equipment so make sure to check before your purchase.

We know life is all about balance so we definitely have pizza nights, ice cream, wine, and the works but we just try to make healthy food choices for most meals. Also, to help keep us accountable we use the MyFitness Pal app. It tracks all your calories for you- this is rated the top fitness app to help with weight loss. It really helps you stick to your daily food goals and is very easy to use!
