Morning Muffins

I came across this recipe while scrolling through Instagram and I have to say, it did not disappoint.  I love to make easy, healthy recipes that taste good! Plus I had all the ingredients already in my cupboard (YES!) The whole family will love these and they seriously took 15 minutes to prep. These muffins not only taste good but they are good for you!

Recipe is below-

2 cups old fashioned oats
2 large eggs
2 large ripe bananas
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2-3 tbs honey
1 1/2 tsp baking poweder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
chocolate chips or blueberries

Add all ingredients  (except blueberries/ chocolate chips) into the blender and combine until smooth.  Once blended together, fold in the blueberries or chocolate chips.  You can add as many as you want!  Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Let cool for 5-10 minutes. You are DONE!  Enjoy with peanut butter or almond butter on top!
